↳ Company
Built for the life of the operation.
↳ The founders
Two founders. One obsession.
Yann Maniraguha
Yann is responsible for the commercial side of the company — how MiningCopilot reaches the operations it is built for, and the terms on which it earns their trust. He runs distribution and the working relationships with operators: the demonstration on a site’s own documents, the security review, the contract. The company took no outside capital; the customer relationships it depends on are his responsibility.
Angelo Maniraguha
Angelo is responsible for the product and the technical vision — what MiningCopilot does, what it declines to do, and the guarantees it keeps. He builds the retrieval system itself: every answer cited to the exact document and page, complete isolation between operations, and a plain statement when the record holds no answer. Each of those guarantees is enforced in the system’s design, not stated as policy.
We’re building MiningCopilot as two brothers. That changes what you build for. When something carries both your names, you stop chasing the next quarter and start building for what still matters in ten years.
We believe a business should never lose what it has learned.
The operations we build for are extraordinary. They move the material the world runs on. And over decades, they earn a kind of hard-won wisdom that no report ever fully captures. It lives in the people who were there, and too often it leaves when they do. We think that’s one of the quiet tragedies of how these businesses run, and we don’t accept that it has to be that way.
So we set out to build something that changes it.
We want to live in a world where an operation never has to make an important decision as if it knew less than it does. Where decades of experience aren’t trapped in folders and departing minds, but present, alive, and working for the people running the operation at the moment it matters most. Where the smartest version of a business is always the one showing up to make the next call.
That’s what MiningCopilot is for. Not a dashboard. Not another place for information to settle and disappear. An intelligence layer that carries the full weight of what a business already knows, and puts it in the hands of the people making decisions on real assets, with real consequences.
And we hold ourselves to one standard above all others: trust. We would rather earn belief than ask for it. So we build a system you can question, one that shows its reasoning and has the discipline to admit when it doesn’t know. The people we build for carry enormous responsibility. They deserve a tool that respects it.
This is bigger than software to us. We believe the intelligence of an operation should belong to the operation itself, should compound rather than decay, and should outlast any one person who ever walked its floors. Built right, it becomes part of the foundation the whole business stands on.
That’s the world we’re building toward. One where nothing a business learns is ever lost again.
We know exactly what we’re building. And we’re building it for the long term.

Bring three questions your team couldn't answer last month. We load a sample of your documents and answer them in the room — with the pages to prove it. Where the record is silent, you'll know that too.
