Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of MiningCopilot, operated by Gisande Group, SAS (RCS 104 607 379 R.C.S. Rouen), registered office Logt 009 Domaine du Cailly, 76230 Quincampoix, France ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. Where a signed order form or master agreement exists with your organization, that agreement prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

MiningCopilot lets your organization upload documents and get answers with citations to the exact source. Answers are grounded in your documents; where the answer is not in your documents, the service says so rather than guessing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your organization’s account. Access is scoped to your organization; you must not attempt to access another organization’s data.

You retain all rights in the documents and data you upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process and return that content to you as part of the service. Our processing of personal data in your content is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, under which you are the controller and we are your processor. We do not use your content to train any AI model.

You must not: upload content you have no right to process; use the service unlawfully; attempt to breach the isolation between organizations or the security of the service; probe, scan or overload the infrastructure; or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.

The service, software and all related intellectual property are and remain ours. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they transfer no ownership in the software.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and may modify or improve it over time. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, other customers, or to comply with law.

The service is provided "as is" beyond the guarantees we state expressly. MiningCopilot assists retrieval and drafting; answers can be incomplete or wrong. Every answer opens its cited source for you to verify, and you remain responsible for decisions made using the service. We do not warrant that the service is error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order form or, absent one, on reasonable notice. On termination we delete your data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement and our retention policy; you may also erase your organization and account yourself at any time in Settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, and the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available to you.
